Amy Pezeshki

Amy Pezeshki studied business management at Cal State University Northridge and
proceeded to work in property management, assuring positive tenant relations. Passionate
about education, Amy continued her studies at Pepperdine University, graduating with her
MBA in management with a concentration in negotiation and dispute resolution. During her
MBA program, Amy got her real estate license and started consulting property management
companies and investors in all aspects relating to leasing. She has always looked to elevate
the standard for real estate professional by acting as a consultant and not just and agent. She
has been recognized for her negotiating, marketing, and sales abilities.

Kylie Bethel

Kylie is a recent Loyola Marymount grad with a knack for real estate. Being an Economics major and a Los Angeles native, she has a solid understanding of the market in the LA area. She is currently studying for her real estate exam and is excited to become a practicing agent in order to better assist you in finding a place that you love!
